JUST CONSIDER: HE HAS RUN THE EQUIVALENT OF SEVEN TIMES AROUND PLANET EARTH !!!
INCREDIBLE! STUPENDOUS!! ASTOUNDING!!!

As he tells all of us in his New Year's Message -  "With my last run of the year I did 3079 miles and 14 races. This brings me to lifetime totals of 174,561 miles and 1054 races in 52 years of running. I won the NJ Grand Prix. This year I had 6 injuries but 3 were non-running related. Our Shore AC mens 60 team finished 2nd in the National Grand Prix and first in NJ Grand Prix. On to another competitive year! May everyone reach their goals in 2022!"
