Astounding Performances Propel Shore AC to Third Straight Co-Ed Team Win

Shore Athletic Club's national-caliber masters athletes carried the club's co-ed team to its third victory in as many chances this year.  Our quartet of 90% age graders came through again.  On the women's side, it was Nora Cary (93.3%) and Suzanne La Burt (91.4%) pulling mightily on their oars to propel the Good Ship Shore AC at breakneck speed.  On the men's side, the dynamic duo of Rick Lee (92.4%) and Henry Notaro (92.1%) had the boat's sails billowing in a gale.  Our third scorer on the men's side was 36-year-old ace Justin Scheid (83.2%) while on the women's side the third scorer was a relatively new face: 49-year-old Christie Nie (81.6%).  Given how well she is racing, SAC fans can expect to see Christie's face often on the age group podium in the future!

Nora Cary rounds the final turn onto the Asbury Park boardwalk on her way to an outstanding 21:40 and 93.3% age grading.

Suzanne La Burt powers down the final stretch towards a 19:58 chip time, good for another 90+ (91.4%) age grading.
